TRURLY a GREAT SITE! Execellent in every way - content, illistrations-photos, examples, Lay-ot, colors, page design.... I've been gushing about it all week. And what's really nice for me is the similarity in rural issues/ water quality, tidal issues, and weather conditions. Simply a GREAT READ. Thanks so much for putting all this together.

A well laid out and superbly informative site. Can you add a link to the useful "Random Patio Generator" on the Bradstone site? Which was the only other thing I needed.

What an impressive website! I don't normally sign Visitor Books, but this time I had to. Such a wealth of invaluable information and presented so clearly. I shall definitely recommend your site to fellow garden designers and students. Thank you!

my husband is about to enbark on the hardest job yet we have just had the old tarmac cleared and are ready to order the crush and run. we have five kids my husband works nights (5) and the only way to do the drive and afford to is cheap labour i.e. my husband. We got the block pavers after seeing an advert on the loot internet we couldn't believe our luck 140sqm £400 we phoned quick and said yes we will have them all. then the fun started. all around what 7/8000 were still down on the ground and we had to pick them all up by hand 10 kids 4 adults and a wagon what a weekend. and what fun so as you can see we need all the help we can get. so when we found the site we couldn't believe the run of good luck we are having. but if you know of anyone who wants to come and finish off this big drive and use it to advertise in their adverts or us show people our drive who want to use them to do their drive it wouldn't be a problem but we just haven't got any more funds once we buy the sand and crush and run.

Weldone, a very informative site. My experience is of small DIY or very big sites like power stations and bridges so it is a good site to help me see through the fog of the "tradesmen".

Others have said it all. I'm not normally moved to write in visitor books but this site really deserves it. No excuses for ignorance when I tackle my path along the outside of my Victorian basement. I'm wondering how to bridge the 5" air gap and how to replace the metal grilles currently set in a fillet of crumbling concrete.
