Just spoke to a young chap called Craig about extending the clay
paving around my house. was quite amazed when he pointed at the
corner detail and said - 'Tony McCormack laid that' - yes he did but it
must be 12 years or so ago and I had quite forgotten. The
workmanship is standing up well, and I was intrigued to hear about the
website and book. We are still the only people on our street to have
invested in clay - and the difference with the concrete jobs nearby is
immense, the colour is still rich and warm and I would encourage
anyone daunted by the additional cost to have a look at the difference
with concrete after 5 years or so.

Just finished 75sqm of block paving using Formpave Vendage. A long drive with complex curves. I,m a pen pusher by trade and this is my first venture into this field, but with regular consultation with this site the job is finished and looks amazing..... Thanks

Thanks for the most informative and complete discussions I have found on the 'Net. I am laying a concrete-block home patio, but I appreciate (and can use) the expert information regarding heavy-traffic applications.

Absolute brilliant.
It is a great training book; I will use it well, here in Ghana.
Many people don't have any proper training or skills, only what is "picked up".
I am hoping to start some basic construction training courses.
Nobody can build anything straight or level.
Thank you very much, as we used to, “thee gets how’t fa nowt” here you get a load for free..
All the best
Peter

What a fabulous site!!! I needed info for an assignment at college (a "mature" student - I'm not even "metric"!!) & have found out everything I needed to know - all I have to do now is put it into practise!! Like it says . . . . . after a couple of years practise it's easy!!! yeah . . well, thanks anyway. I have really enjoyed reading the forum entries, thanks again.
