Incredible site. Well done on the design and the content. A lot of sweat went into this one, and the results are superb. Thank you very much indeed. I now feel confident enough to talk to contractors.

What a really useful site. Highly recommended for both self-builders and professionals needing clear and concise information. Thank you. PS would it be possible to have more of the information zipped to make for easy downloads?

What a wonderfully articulate and informative site. An entertainment in itself. I stumbled across it when looking for info on tarmac drives. I suspect I'll be back frequently. Good luck in everything you do.

This is the best site I have ever found on the web. It's a shame that the topic is paving really. I just wanted to get some ideas of the types of paving available for doing our small front garden/drive. Your site is so informative and well written that my limited requirement seems such a waste. I'm sure others with greater needs have got even more out of the site. I've only been a web user for a year or so but already realised the variation in quality of sites. My visit to this site has exaggerated the point even further. If there's a competition for website of the year or something, I think you should have a go.
Wonderful site! Merci beaucoup pour l'aide fantastique que vous venez de me donner pour mon projet de pavage de mon entrée de garage! Thanks a lot

An excellent source of information prior to the visit of potential contractors - I'll be better able to assess the problems of my own site drainage (soakaway needed) and compare how well these are addressed on the ground when quoting for a driveway.

I know it's probably been said in countless other messages here, but thanks for an excellent site. This is the only really useful resource I've found on the web, and it's a joy to find such a comprehensive well-illustrated site. With your help, I've been able to understand all the issues involved in getting my driveway done. The downladable block paving spreadsheet was invaluable for verifying the estimate I was given. Now that I realise I can't afford to get someone in, the info here is great for helping me to sort out gravelling the drive myself ! Cheers.

An excellent site! Although I am a serious DIY fan, this is the first time I am building a good sized patio area next to the house. This site answered all my questions about levels and drainage better than five visits to builder's merchants and DIY shops with "expert" advice. Thank you very much!
