Excellent site. I am having my driveway redone ~200m2 and am looking at various options including ground source heat pipes below which will need drainage to keep the ground moist.

I've only got a single width slab path to lay at the moment but your very helpful layout of the solutions to every difficulty my "retired" mind was creating is a fantastic confidence booster and leads me to contemplate the possibility of relaying the front drive!

Very much appreciate your guides on subjects which I need
to know about but only deal with occasionally. Very
clear and simple, but not patronising. Thank you.

If every trade had a man who could produce a website with as much well founded unbiased knowledge as this one, every trade would benefit and in turn our urban environment would be of a far better standard. The same guy in Japan would have a master craftsman pension!
