Great site, currently preparing my drive to accept block paving, good advice in a down to earth and humourous manner. Thanks.

I am renovating my first house and your site gave me confidence when obtaining quotes for my driveway and patio. If I hadn't spent several hours "mugging up" I'd not have known where to start,I'd have been bamboozled by all the talk. Instead, I knew all the terms, the merits of different applications and of course the BS requirements; my husband stood back while I did the talking! Several of the contractors said "you've done this before" and I must admit I blagged it and said I had; better that than being taken as a mug! Tony, I really admire the way you have managed after your illness and the enthusiasm you have for your trade - pride in one's work is something to be encouraged.

This must rank as one of the most useful and well presented web-sites that I've ever had the pleasure to come across. It's also inspiring to see how someone has found a new way to provide a service after a tragic accident. Many, many thanks.

After reading all the information on your website(which was really informative and really easy to follow} my partner, myself and with some help from our two children dug up the front garden and drive, (it was all done by hand) and we block paved the whole area in the 45 degrees herringbone pattern (30 square metres). We finished the drive last night and it has turned out brilliant, neighbours thought Ian was a professional and now thinks he should take it up as a job. So we would like to say a big thank you for a brilliant website, and saving us a lot of money!
