Hi again

Still doing my homework and am a bit unclear on the sub-base and how much mot to order. If I get it correctly the depth of the sub-base should be 100mm which should be filled with mot and compacted to level.

If so then if I had a 12 sqm area and I require a 100mm compacted sub-base then how many tonnes of MOT type 1 would be required? From what I can see on line 1 T does 12sqm to a depth of 50mm but I'm assuming this is before compacting?

Cheers

Calculators

Calculator on that page has it at 2.4T

You don't get a tonne in a bulk bag either
