Had a lot of my customers phoning me up last couple of weeks for some reason. Got 2 deckings to do, a few gardens to tidy up, wall to repoint, 1 small driveway to do. Put 2 bigger jobs off until next year, one is wanting front garden design, the other is wanting driveway and backgarden done.
Trying to put wall repointing off until next year, but it's a doctors surgery and an 8ft stone wall that has a tree growing in the middle of it. So I may have setup a tent and get cracking on that one.

The phones have gone a little quiet but still a bit to go looking at - but we are BUSY, got more than enough work to see the year out and a little to come back to in the new year.

Probably didn't have the bottle to ring you but there's no excuse for not writing to you.
What's the quality of the work like?

People don't respect themselves nowadays or the value of your word, I was brought up that your word was as good as a contract, something will pop up cookie your works to good not to.

Braam had been down using our pitches some rich dad had paid him £15k for 5 days couching his 17 yr old scrum half son :D

True, Giles. I was just over Dublin way last weekend,it was dire over there. Last year it was bad ,but this time things on the building side were worse. We walked down the Quay side to see what to tower crane were building in 2006. Looks like there were building mothballed projects.
It was so quiet, the council had actually began litter picking, cleaning and painting the town centre. :p
