in my ill fated time in spain as a teenage waster ,my boss wanted a red phone box by his pool as a shower
we dug out and laid around 9 inches of concrete with a drain in the middles,then a week later a flat bed with a crane turned up and lifted it in to place,floor tiles and shower were installed later
the main thing i recall 25 years on is that it was bleedin' heavy
you need a hiab at least

I remember when they were first decommissioned they were very popular
around £200 each
but TBH they look a bit tacky in all but the most appropriate location
its the post boxes that surprise me
even the faux GR ones are £100
my mate paid £700 for one that i cut into his cavity wall
but tablets keep posting their letters into his house now
