as you may or may not know I have been trying to lose a bit of timber the last 2 years, any not liking weights or that I got on OK with the rowing machine,so stuck with it and have dropped 3 stone,went to france the weekend to help a french team in a 100km relay

you are not wrong Andres ! at the arse end of 40-49 now haha
the good thing about the Concept2 rower is that there is no impact on your joints, we have fellas in their 70-80s doing it on my team,keeps them fit
a lot are ex runners or cross fitters with ruined joints
