Ted, Poll away - I'm sure the question will fascinating - involving concrete, obscure climes, the cost of stainless steel 5mm cleets, and why does every job I undertake, involve sorting out somebody else's mistakes. Bring it on........

You must ( if you don't already ) organise a daily flow meeting with the supervisors, managers of each individual trade, subbie etc. find out if everyone is being kept in the dark, or, just you. if someone is creaming money off the project tread careful ted as you will be stopping them getting backhanders and that is dodgy m8. delegate someone to organise polls etc it will take up a lot of time. other than that just keep your head down and keep taking the money until you feel its time to "escape". you can only help people if they want to be helped. good luck Ted it feels like you need it. :;):

More trouble than they were worth, but will be possible in the Noo Broo which may be finished by the end of Jan.
