You must ( if you don't already ) organise a daily flow meeting with the supervisors, managers of each individual trade, subbie etc. find out if everyone is being kept in the dark, or, just you. if someone is creaming money off the project tread careful ted as you will be stopping them getting backhanders and that is dodgy m8. delegate someone to organise polls etc it will take up a lot of time. other than that just keep your head down and keep taking the money until you feel its time to "escape". you can only help people if they want to be helped. good luck Ted it feels like you need it. :;):
