I have seen one of these for sale but it is not exactly local. It is the AVP 2220 with Honda engine.

Does anyone have experience of these wackers? I don't want to drive 60 miles (120 round trip) in a large van if they are crap.

BTW, I put this question in this forum as the tools one doesn't seem to work.

They do look good and the engineering integrity from what I can see looks good, I often hire from Kentec tho and they offer a unit for about £690, compatible for medium size drives etc, I think take a good look if the price is reasonable, but its basically you get what you pays for! good luck.

Alot of the groundworks firms up here use them, so my guess is the majority of these firms just didnt go and get themselves something thats not going to last.

Ive never been able to do things properly in the tools forum btw heh
