I am planning to renew the patio, however, I would like to pre-install some plastic tubes underneath the patio through which I can later pull electrical cables.
Does anyone know how deep to place this underneath the patio and do I need some inspection for this, as I don't wish to lift the patio at a later stage.
I hope this makes sense, and I truly appreciate any replies.
we normally put these ducts in the sub base,AFAIK you dont need them inspected but it is always prudent to use armoured cable when outdoors. unless you are doing it yourself all electrical work must be carried out by a qualified electrician (niec part 2 i think)
