What would be a fair rate to expect to be paying for a small bore drainage gang (labour only/ sub contractor) for work in the midlands.It is to put in foul and storm systems for 7 ind units.
How many men would be in the gang and would the contractor they are working for be supplying excavator and laser levels,and
manhole boxes etc.
