Did a job last week where the builders had left all the asbestos garage roof sheets for the customer to deal with.
he smashed them up, and then got covered in crushed concrete before a patio was laid.
whats the legality of doing this?

pretty much illegal
we cannot touch asbestos,but homeowners can remove it at their own risk
but smashing it up is just putting his families lives and his won at risk
but I have heard of it being done many times
we turned down a house because the developer wanted us to smash the asbestos and put it in a big soakaway
