I have powerhosed my cobblelock patio and was wondering was there anything I could mix with the grouting sand to help stop weeds growing between the blocks? A friend suggested salt, anybody got any ideas?

Slow release weed killing granules available from most garden centres. No need to mix it's best to scatter them over the surface and let them sort themselves out.
Can't see it from my house
