I want to pave were the concrete is, it goes under the brick to the inside, as it was a path, i put the door in, how would i brake up the concrete as not to damage under the brick, and would i just make good after it was done?

cheers

I can't make out that photo - too small on my screen - but would it be possible to put a saw cut in front of the brickwork and then jackhammer the concrete?

There shouldn't be anything to make good under the masonry, if the cut is made in the correct position and the concrete breaks off cleanly.
