At 240mm diameter, that pipe is likely to be a main sewer, so I would strongly advise that you bring in a professional groundworker or drainage contractor to carry out this work.
A custom-built IC will need to be constructed, and as this is likely to be a 225mm (internal diameter - ID) pipe, then you'd need a 750x900mm rectangular or a 1050mm dia circular chamber. Your BCO will advise on what they are prepared to accept. The sections for this size of chamber are not the sort of thing you can manhandle - they need to be craned into position using a JCB or similar.
Further, you need a sound concrete base in place before you break into the line, and you have to be prepared to work fast, to ensure flow in the sewer isn't disrupted for any significant length of time.
Although the components for such a chamber aren't all that expensive (a 750x900x300mm section cost less than 20 quid) the skill and experience needed to carry out such a task are beyond those of a typical diy'er.
Sewers are nasty, dangerous things and best left alone. Have a chat with your BCO and see if they can put you on to a local contractor.
