Stains on new patio - How to remove staining/rust like marks

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Laid an Indian sandstone patio about 6 weeks ago. Splashed some water based wood stain on and also some orange marks gave appeared that look like rust? Can I remove them?

Have you tried warm soapy water?
