I live in maghull, Merseyside. And i'm wondering if anybody out there could direct me to the nearest outlets that sell pitcher chisels, as i need to purchase one as soon as possible.

Thomas & Nelson on Dale Street in the city centre. There's a place in Tellins where my dad bought a new pitcher a couple of months ago, but the quality of the steel is crap and he's had to have it sharpened and tempered by our pet blacksmith already.
There's a bloke up in Orkney (or is it Shetland??) that makes them in his own forge and has started selling them by mail order for around 20 quid. I've been meaning to send for one, just to assess the quality, but have not found the round tuits just yet. If you don't have any luck with T&N, I'll dig out his details for you.
