could you tell me where can i buy or hire a block lifter i have some driveways to reseal and lift blocks.

The Block Extractor is usually sold as one component of a so-called "Paver's Kit" which includes an alleged "Paver's Mallet" (reasonably useful but not worth buying on its own) and a "Block Alignment bar" (posh crow bar).

Can't comment on price, as I don't sell them. Ask Probst.
