Shed base mock up - How to make it right

Hi,
I wanted to put a sched, started with ground preparation but seems it went wrong.

What I have done
1. Removed soil some 4-5"
2. Compacted ground
3. surrounded area (gravel boards etc - seems ok)
3. Put Weed membrane
4. Put some gravel.... 4"

The gravel is apparently 10mm pea schingle and it does not interlock.

My intent was to put plastic grid on top to fill it with some more gravel and put shed floor on that directly. but it does not feel stable, 4" of gravel sinks easily, doest not feel it could support my grid...

Question...

Any way out without digging and throwing out all of that gravel?
Is there a way to stabilise the 10mm pea shingle?
Add some grit to make it more stable?
Or perhaps excavate some and add some dry concrete or MOT to form sort of slab/stability layer mid depth?

Any ideas welcome...

Best way to stabilise 10mm gravel - mix it with sand and cement and water and make concrete. Make a shutter slightly bigger than your shed abd pour.

i know lots of people who put sheds on the geo grid system with great success, but they get each grid level first, prior to filling with shingle.
the outside of the geo grid will need supporting
