Anyone seen, or used Starpath? It is a blue spray-on coating. It glows brighter the darker it gets. It works by absorbing UV rays during the day which it then emits as light at night. It also reinforces the surface and is non slip also water resistant. it lights up so there is no need for extra lighting. Used in parks, walkways etc:

I was reading about this somewhere else....can't recall where now....and there was a glaring problem with it, literally, but can I remember what it was? CIF!

Was it a limited lifespan?

If I get time, I'll root about in my History folder and see if I can find it.
