Re~claimed setts - Price per m2

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

could any body give me a guide line price per m2, on laying re claimed setts supposedly of a fairly uniform size bedded on concrete and pointed with mortar to finish. the area is around 220 m2, Thanks
