Did you see the bottles they where filling up with broken polystyrene and petrol to make "napalm bombs"? quite resourceful i thought!

Like when we were sent into Toxteth in 1981 to block pave the pathways in the wake of the riots.

Before we arrived with packs of CBPs, they'd had to rip up hefty 3x2s or yorkstone flags and smash them into lobbable pieces. Now, that nice Mr Heseltine had provided them with wonderful ready-made hand-sized window smashers, in a range of attractive colours, too!

Best ammo they'd ever had!
