I heard about this last year but this now seems it is going to be a big problem for 2014

there was alot of this last year we had quite a few sites put back for this reason one even had to knock down 8 houses built to joist lift and change to a similar brick due to a 9 week wait then 1 site we have in didcot they have been stock piling for the last year

weinberger brick i saw were going up 25-30%

block up 8% aggregates up etc

better rethink pricing strategies ppl
