I'll be in South Africa then with the new Mrs Osen - yep, getting married (it's 2nd time around for me and Suzanne, but not to eachother IYKWIM).

As much as looking at my wife's 'oids, will I be able to see these other heavenly bodies from SA?

Yes Northern and Southern, SA would be great as the light pollution should be reduced. That makes 3 people (including me) who are wed or to be this year,they must be putting something in the water

its meteor time again
myself and miss lout counted 7 from 10.30 -11.00 pm
apparently just before dawn is best but sod that for a game of soldiers
get out there!!!!

Was in St Davids, Pembrokeshire last week, camping and saw about 20 in 3 hours. I was laying on a foam mat, in me sleeping bag on top of our car(don't ask) with a couple of beers to hand...saves on the neck ache.
I'm not on about the missus there either.
