ive been busy, sensible this jan. off the booze, off everything else infact and losts 7.5kg since the 2nd jan, another 50kg to go. weighed myself and was heaviest ive ever been was at 21st 11lbs 2nd jan now 20.6lbs and dropping every day, so been spending less time on the computer and more time doing stuff.
