I have started giving the full price inc VAT as no one wants to hear +20%
thing is we are all paying VAT 1 way or another,the pikeys pay it even when they buy their blocks etc
what they are evading is income tax and fair working practises

The Government would probably raise as much in revenue from helping promote business than they've done by scaring everyone away, but this bunch put King John to shame(Historical ref there lad's). Where's our Robin Hood?? It ain't Milliband that's for sure.
