so how much money do they need to process this pretension?
my sister in law recently had a run in with "uk parking control limited"
they send out parking tickets which are (at the moment ) legally unenforceable
she and 7 other professionals at a hilton medical conference were unable to park in the carpark so parked outside
6 of them have paid this BS fine
she keeps getting letters but it is whistling in the wind
same if sainsburys,asda, the co-op or anyone else deems to give you a ticket
they cant
only traffic wardens and police can issue enforceable parking tickets at this moment
going to change soon now that clamping is banned
