Hi there, I'm sorry if this question has been asked elsewhere on the site - I've looked but can't find it...
We're about to 'gut' most of our back garden and will need to put in a new path when we've done so - this needs to be child-friendly for our little 'uns to scooter and cycle etc so I've been trying to find something a bit 'softer' than stone/gravel etc (I know I should just let 'em fall over and toughen up but there you go!) I saw the log and fence post paths on your website and am really interested in doing something like this but wondered if you had any more info on them? Specifically, do you know of any stockists (I couldn't find any but wondered where you got your pics and info from?) Or perhaps that was a silly question and you're supposed to just slice the timber yourself - no problem, but I just wondered if this is the case, how thick the slices should be? And presumably it'd be advisable to use ready (pressure?) treated timber if you're going to lay it as 'flooring'?
Alternatively, is there anything else you would recommend for this? We're going to put bark down under the climbing frame but don't really want a rubber path etc (fab for playgrounds but not the thing for our garden!) Many thanks for your help/advice! Rachel
Timber/log paving - Do you have any more info please?
