How to expand?

You have to be careful not too become a busy fool. When we were landscaping we went up to 4 teams and we didnt make as much money as with 1-2 teams. I know a lot of landscapers who have tried expanding to 3 or 4 teams and who lost money as a result and are now back to one team. It is a very difficult type of business to scale because there are so many variables.

The companies I know who have been succesful at expanding are expensive, they have to be to make any money which is not a problem as long as the quality of the work is good enough
