New suds legislation - What do we all know of this next lot?

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

Ive just been on the Interpave site and on there it says we are to have another round of regs to sort out. Basicly taking the legislation into the back garden. What do the members know of this and how do they see this affecting the market?

won't make any difference. the legislation does nothing now as the local planners do not enforce it.
The excuses they give range from "the driveway is at the side of the house, so it doesn't count" to "as long as it looks like there is a drain there". they are not interested in enforcing the rules, so i would not worry too much!
