very true rab . i worked on l or 990 million pound site . as i said rab last resort . why work there for 11 quid an hour when you can get 15 working on the streets , no hat to wear .no clocking in . no clocking out .paid by the shift and not the hour . i might end up there myself after xmas if i cant fid anything better .

I have heard of lads using mybuilder but it seems to me to be more oddjobbers, you have to price against the other builders and all that
my mate went 20 miles to put 4 curtain poles up for a woman
for £60
when he got there it was 4 rooms 10 curtain poles and a bathroom rail
not worth the effort IMHO
i may be wrong but you get feedback too and he said that it makes it easy for people to pressurize you into doing extras for zilch

Tried my builder, couldnt compete with the euro workmens prices. But i never claim to be cheap anyway.
