i had Ireland /England double this AM and both were soundly beaten,
in this day and age of professional sports is it really a good idea to let players out on the sauce and then all the trouble that follows it?
i know rugby and drink are like fish and chips ,but you rarely see fat rugby players now at the highest level
anyway good luck to wales and france they played their socks off
bit interesting what happens in the other side of the draw as wales may reach the final now

England were on borrowed time they were lucky to get out of the group stages and Ireland had no chance given the Welsh form to date. Because of the way the hemisphere's are split the 2 best teams won't make the final and we don't get to see any games between the north and south until then.

I made mention of the England game last weekend to the tune of "Egg chasing twats" and got berated by many on a well known social networking site LOL hahaDave_L wrote:May the best team win! Other than that, I have no interest in the game (cannae undertstand it tbh.......)

agreed Sean although it's only really the English sides that are worst affected but others will follow. At least with England out itv's coverage may become more bearable for the rest of us in the colonies. The bbc for all it's faults can at least put on a good show for major sports.
