Locked out :-(

After a short absence I've returned but I've managed to lock myself out of my account
Any moderators out there know how I can get my old account back?

i thought this was refering to being locked out of a job which i did once, tools phone house and van keys inside me minus coat outside 30 miles from home this is when i realised how few places there are to use a phone nowdays
