Cheese

I'm having great problems finding a cheese to finish off my kerb edging. I managed to find one which a local landscape contractor left behind, but I need another to finish the job. My local BM doesn't stock them, and most of the others want me to buy more than one at a time.

If anyone knows of a BM in the Chesterfield/Sheffield area who stocks them, please let me know.

What size of cheese, Jon?

For those of you imagining Welsh Rarebit or a nice bit of Wensleydale, a 'cheese' is the vernacular for a 'Quadrant Unit'....

The kerbs are 255x125. I reckon the cheese is about 300mm across or a foot in old money.

Even with the photo, it's still fairly indistinguishable from Merkin cheese -- unappetising colour and offputting texture...looks like it'd be right at home at a supermarket here.

Is cheese popular in the States, Amy? You never hear it mentioned - everyone seems to ask for "Pastrami on Rye" rather than a good old Cheese and Pickle Butty.
