On our sites gloves are compulsory and i hate them. i think they are an hindrance most of the time. I wear them for concrete tho'. You want to try doing up the bolts on the collars with them on....murder. I always nip the ends off mine because they won't supply me with fingerless, to dear ???

Again, with tarmac you should wear gloves as per the risk assessment etc - but I just can't get on with them.

Dropped into lidl today and they had some thick canvas gloves with padding ideal for glass removal etc: £3.99, i thought they were good quality and vfm.
