i saw it earlier on the BBC website, the accident happened on 13 January and police had investigated, but to date no action had been taken against the lorry driver

the case has been reopened due to the video being posted on youtube

i can't imagine what it must of felt like being sat in the car with your brakes on traveling at what looks in excess of 60 miles an hour
