hello, i'm after some advice on pricing for bargate stone walling, as i never quite seem to make much out of these, i land up with great wall, happy client, large labour cost.

i've got about 10m x 1m, dry laid and battered, would appreciate any advice on costs ect...

never done dry ,but flints are slow too,i would allow £100 per metre labour,this effectively gives you 2 decent blokes for a week

Have you asked the Dry Stone Walling Association?

Not sure what "Bargate" stone walling is, but as LLL says, 100 quid per square metre of face would be about right for dry walling with minimal dressing.
