I am installing 24"X24" concrete tiles for a back patio and may be using polymeric sand for jointing ONLY if it can handle a lite pressure washing.
Any help would be great!

It depends on joint width - the wider the joint, the less likely is a polymeric sand to withstand a high-pressure jet.
Because most polymeric sands (certainly the case with Geo-Fix, which is the most readily acvailable product in the UK) don't bond to the sides of the joint, but bond only to other polymeric grains, there is not a lot of resistance to scour and jet washes.
Personally, I wouldn't use polymeric sand in any joints wider than 3mm, if there was a requirement to regularly wash them down with a pressure hose. However, there are some compounds, such as WJC from Resiblock and Keybond from Marshalls, that can effect a bond between the polymeric sand and the joint sides, which should, in theory at least, improve the bond and increase resistance to scour/jetting.
