Scary figures...Mate of mine had a load turn up in his Type 1 crushed concrete a while back.

having worked in and around dockyards most of my working life havehad to remove the stuff on many occassions in the past. One fibre is all it can take apparently...and several good friends have passed away as a direct result of exposure to the supposed 'wonder' material. People are still dying where it was originally mined from the debris the mining companies left behind.. its the old corporate greed syndrome

The first house we lived in after we were wed had an asbestos factory at the back of it, and opencast coal pit in front of it, and a scrap yard to the side.

They just don't make 'em like that any more!
