Gawd this ones been doing the rounds - I've had it sent to me by several mates ("What were you thinking soft lad?" etc. etc.).
Some points to spoil the gag - 1) it's in England. That TP bag gives it away, plus the blue sign., 2) they're clearing up not mixing (which the bucket was for!) and 3) the van fits snugly through the barriers which are to protect from ramraiding thus don't have to completely prevent tight vehicular access.
