Can anyone advise where I can get hold of the legalese for T & C - other than paying solicitors?

You used be able to get a generic set from BALI if you were a member.

I remember being warned about making a set up as if they are not 'watertight' then they are worthless.

Try BALI or APL websites maybe ?
