No it doesn't make much difference Tony as long as its decent to carve there isn't much that can't be put right if you do make a mistake. 7k pillars though so I took it steady :;):

Some 1100 tonnes produced in a little over a day. The Terex Finlay J1160 crusher is a hungry beast, crunching through concrete as fast as a 14 ton machine with a 4ft bucket can load it!
what kind of cost is one of these crushers for a day??
I know what you mean about controlling what goes in the crusher.thats why i produce my own stuff. got fed up with the rubbish that was being delivered!

4600m2 town centre car park resurfaced and re-lined in Taunton, Somerset - Looks like a Stealth bomber!
430 tons of 10mm SMA machine laid, car park remained partially open while we worked, either side of the town carnival weekend! Was a challenge at times, but we did it.

The whole job took just over 8 working days - plane off the existing asphalt to receive the new overlay - which was only really around the gullies and perimeter - think we only took about 50 ton off the job.
The bit that made it easier - was that the perimeter posts (one every couple of metres) were being replaced - so we just snapped the old ones off, forced whatever was left down into the ground with a jackhammer and then we could perimeter plane to the outside - and them machine lay the whole shebang - otherwise imagine working around countless perimeter posts - making the job perfect for the client and easier for us.

After an absolutely dreadful experience with another worktop supplier called Gemini worktops we decided to go with Mo's StoneX instead and we are so pleased that we did. The service from the beginning has been amazing from our first initial quote to the final installation. Overall we are extremely happy with the speed of service, quality of the quartz worktops and the price we paid, I would highly recommend!
I’m very happy to see how satisfied my customers are with my services!
