Kitchen draining - Extending clay outside inside

Hi,

I have removed an old gully pot for my kitchen outside for a few reasons, I am going to bring the 4" inside between the floorboards and the sub floor and run it horizontally.

Is it to regs for me to put a tee in it and connect the 40mm wastes into it, with the tee coming out flat ways, to accomodate the fairly shallow space below the floorboards and sub floor.

I'll make arrangements at the end of the run to rod it.
