OK, assuming it's grouting haze, any *quality* cement residue remover should do the trick.

I'd probably start with - https://www.extensive.co.uk/United-Stonecare-Builderase-1l.html -and see how that goes. Dilute the first treatment 1:1 with clean water, but *as long as it is definitely porcelain* you should be OK
