Imprinted concrete problems - White spots on concrete

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

My imprinted concrete is nearly two years old and on one section white spots have appeared they are about the size of a 5p and loads of them. Can anyone advise cause and how to resolve as quite a large drive and this section looks awful. Thanks

Without seeing the surface, I can't be certain but what you describe is most likely lichen - see Dealing with Lichens
