Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

I need an independent core drill test and report done on my tarmac driveway to establish if it's been laid correctly. Can anyone help with where to start please?! Thank you in advance.
