We are building a house and have to raise the patio to dpc level.
Anyway we are looking at a threshold type patio with a the building being double damped using damp trays.
I guessing I will need to put drainage all the way along the edge of the building which can be drained off into our soak Away?
Any advice on this type of patio and the drainage will be great.
